About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within our Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division. This role is critical to ensuring that complex initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with our broader organizational goals and vision.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive project plans, managing resource allocations, and providing technical guidance to ensure teams have the support they need to succeed. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and communicating status updates to keep all parties informed. This position requires a strong ability to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and maintain compliance with established project management methodologies.
This is a fully remote position. Due to federal requirements, the selected candidate must be a US Citizen and successfully pass a government-sponsored Public Trust security clearance process.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus offers a comprehensive total compensation package. Annual salary is determined by various factors including job location, education, training, experience, work quality, travel requirements, and internal pay alignment. This package also includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. We do not use an applicant's salary history to determine compensation and will comply with all regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds.
