About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to plan and oversee projects within the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division. This role is critical to ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with our broader goals and vision. You will serve as a central point of coordination, motivating teams, removing impediments, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is fully remote. Due to federal requirements, the selected candidate must be a US Citizen and successfully pass a government-sponsored Public Trust security clearance process.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market value, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which also includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal, documentation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and foster strong relationships with the client and teams across the enterprise. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of professional experience). PMP Certification. Agile Scrum Master Certification.
