About the Role

The Project Engineer serves as a vital link in our manufacturing operations, leading the execution of capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements. This role is designed to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Procurement to deliver projects that significantly improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.

You will step into a fast-paced plant environment where you act as a technical liaison between operations teams and equipment OEMs. From supporting the execution of capital projects to providing hands-on support during equipment installation, startup, and troubleshooting, your work ensures that our facilities run safely and efficiently. You will analyze process performance to identify opportunities for optimization, ensuring all projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements
