About the Role

Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives. As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in this mission by working with sales, energy engineers, and project managers to develop cost-effective performance-based contracts for targeted clients. You will conduct facility site visits, analyze the customers' current situations, and produce plans for Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs).

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  • verifiedCertified Energy Manager (CEM) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
