About Centerline Conveyor Systems
Join Centerline Conveyor Systems as a Project Coordinator. This role supports the administrative and operational backbone of project delivery, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across departments and with external partners.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator is essential to maintaining the flow of information and resources within our project management framework. You will serve as the central point of contact for administrative tasks, bridging the gap between field operations, management, and stakeholders. Your primary focus is to ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget by managing critical documentation, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
In this position, you will host weekly meetings, organize production schedules to meet installation deadlines, and monitor project progress to identify and escalate issues promptly. You will also manage change orders, coordinate job site rentals, and ensure all project-related paperwork is current, properly filed, and stored. This role requires a high level of detail orientation and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

When on job sites, employees are regularly required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). The physical demands of the role include frequent talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to grasp or handle items.
