We are seeking a passionate Program Specialist I to join our vibrant team. This role is designed to support and develop programs that enhance the quality of life for our clients. You will serve as a vital liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and community resources, ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve.
In this position, you will design and implement community outreach programs tailored to the specific needs of clients living with HIV. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating and facilitating workshops, support groups, and educational seminars. You will also work to develop partnerships with local organizations to expand our program services and reach. Beyond execution, you will monitor and report on program effectiveness, using data analysis and community feedback to provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing program budgets and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting grant writing efforts and reporting requirements for funding bodies.
