About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client. This role is pivotal in supporting the VCF Transformation, ensuring a successful rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes.

In this position, you will partner with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team and subject matter experts to finalize training plans and co-deliver substantive training on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes. You will design and create user-friendly, professional-quality graphics and communication media, including How-To Guides and website content, to inform the public, law firms, and VCF staff about system changes. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple concurrent training workstreams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all materials meet quality standards before submission for approval.
