This position is designed for individuals ready to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will operate equipment and technology tools throughout the facility, including mixers, batching systems, mills, grinders, and packing lines. Your day will involve collecting product samples, supervising tank levels, and utilizing computer systems to input and record data to ensure products meet strict specifications.
Collaboration is key to this role. You will interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork-focused environment. Safety is a top priority; you will be expected to understand and adhere to all safety policies, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
