This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will operate equipment and technology tools throughout the facility, including mixers, batching systems, mills, grinders, and packing lines. You will play a key role in manufacturing products to ensure they meet strict specifications while collecting product samples and supervising tank levels using computer systems to record data.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork-focused environment. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to understand and adhere to all safety policies, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders as needed.
