About the Role
In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing operations, working across 2nd and 3rd shifts to produce high-quality animal nutrition products. Your day will involve operating a variety of equipment and technology tools, including mixers, batching systems, mills, grinders, and packing machinery. You will be responsible for collecting product samples, supervising tank levels, and utilizing computer systems to input and record data to ensure products meet strict specifications.
Beyond technical operations, you will interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork-focused environment. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures is a core part of your daily responsibilities. You may also operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including elevated areas.
