About the Role
As a Production Team Partner, you will be the backbone of our garment preparation process. Your primary mission is to ensure the high-quality preparation and supply of uniforms and facility products. You will operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, managing chemical applications and equipment maintenance. Beyond operation, you will inspect and repair garments to meet UniFirst's rigorous quality standards, ensuring every item delivered meets customer specifications.
Your day will involve a blend of technical operation and physical logistics. You will maintain accurate records of items laundered, participate in inventory control, and assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks while organizing products. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds, all while adhering to strict safety policies regarding hazardous materials and maintaining a clean work area.
Hiring Process
