About the Role
As a Production Team Partner, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance and operational workflow. This role exists to ensure the high-quality preparation and supply of uniforms and facility products that our clients rely on daily. You will join a dedicated team where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and the seamless flow of our facility services.
Your day will involve operating and monitoring washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, managing chemical applications, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. You will inspect and repair garments to meet UniFirst's rigorous quality standards while maintaining accurate records of items laundered. The role also includes active participation in inventory control, assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, and organizing products into designated areas. Success in this position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, and adhere strictly to safety policies regarding hazardous materials and workspace cleanliness.
