About the Role
Butcher Power Products is seeking a Production Planner to serve as the operational backbone for our custom power distribution equipment, switchgear, and control panels. In this Supply Chain & Logistics role, you will bridge the gap between customer orders and shop floor execution. Your primary mission is to translate complex engineering bills of material into achievable production plans, balancing capacity and materials to ensure on-time delivery.
You will work closely with engineering, purchasing, and shop leads, utilizing ERP/MRP tools and data analysis to drive improvements in throughput and eliminate bottlenecks. This position is central to supporting BPP's safety-first, quality-driven, and customer-focused culture, ensuring that every custom build meets the highest standards while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedExperience with manufacturing ERP/MRP (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
