About the Team

From everyday office essentials to technology and cleaning products, our mission is to support companies with an exceptional customer experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge connecting sales teams and internal business units with both new and existing customers, helping them discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals.

About the Role

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys consultative conversations. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts, securing both one-time and recurring projects. Your day will involve managing multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat, while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in the company CRM.

You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill features and benefits based on their specific category needs. By increasing net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts, you will make a measurable impact on customer success. This position requires a self-starter who can adapt to change, handle rejection with resilience, and remain calm under pressure while driving high conversion rates within approved margin guidelines.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both sales acumen and cultural fit. The journey typically includes an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by a deeper dive into sales scenarios and problem-solving capabilities.
