Procurement Project Manager

About the Role

This position serves as a trusted advisor, product strategist, and delivery leader within the Transformation Product Management organization. You will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives specifically focused on procurement and supply chain capabilities, managing a portfolio of complex, high-visibility efforts that drive significant cross-functional change.

Unlike traditional project administration, this role is deeply product-led. Success is measured not just by on-time delivery, but by business outcomes, capability maturity, roadmap execution, user adoption, and sustainable value realization. You will partner with business, technology, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders to define product outcomes, prioritize demand, and translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Day in the Life

Your work connects strategy, execution, and adoption across the enterprise. You will shape capability roadmaps that align leadership priorities with technology dependencies, while managing the intake and governance of new transformation demands. A significant portion of your time will be spent facilitating steering discussions, workshops, and cross-functional team meetings to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment.

You will act as the bridge between complex business, technical, and operational topics and clear, decision-ready messages for senior leadership. From defining scope and managing risks to leading financial planning and vendor engagements, you will ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and operational readiness.
