About the Role

We are seeking a Process Development Chemist to join our team with a specialized focus on training and refining AI models. In this unique capacity, you will leverage your expert-level knowledge of chemistry to measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logical reasoning, and solve complex problems to enhance the overall quality and accuracy of each model.

This role is designed for individuals who possess a deep understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts. While related fields such as Chemical Engineering are relevant, the core requirement is a solid foundation in chemistry principles. You will play a critical part in bridging the gap between scientific expertise and artificial intelligence development.

Compensation is structured on an hourly basis, starting at $40+ USD per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities for bonuses based on high-quality output and high-volume work. Payments are processed securely via PayPal, which handles all currency conversions from USD. Eligibility and Application Notes

To be considered for this role, applicants must be fluent in English at a native or bilingual level. The position is strictly limited to applicants located in the United States. This is an independent contract position, and a current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD in Chemistry or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
