As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with Aveanna, you will join a team dedicated to providing compassionate, one-to-one patient care to children and adults in their homes. We consider it both a privilege and an honor to welcome new patients into the Aveanna family. In this role, you will execute physicians' prescribed plans of care, administer medications and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and coordinate care. You will also play a vital role in health promotion by teaching and training family members. To support your success, Aveanna provides state-of-the-art technology, including tablets in each patient's home for electronic documentation, and offers 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
