About the Role

As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will deliver homecare from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. This role offers the flexibility to tailor your schedule to your life, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. You will be supported by 24/7 local operators and clinicians, and utilize modern technology, including tablets in each patient's home for electronic documentation. The position also includes opportunities for career pathing and skill advancement.
