Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation
- check_circleAdminister coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees
- check_circleLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outage processes and procedures
- check_circleCommunicate technical, financial, and work progress status to corporate and site management
- check_circleExecute refueling outage services and manage personnel assignments at assigned Clean Energy Centers
- check_circleDevelop detailed plans, work scopes, schedules, and budgets for reactor turbine generator projects
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
- verifiedDemonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Managerial experience including strategic planning and responsibility in setting goals and managing budgets. Turbine/generator experience. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
