You will join a New Hampshire-based team during an exciting period of growth, following recent program awards. As a Senior Principal Test Engineer, you will work across multiple disciplines, collaborating with Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test Engineers to impact all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.
In this role, you will design and develop mission-critical test solutions and write test software for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert and technical lead, assuming full or partial lead roles as circumstances dictate. You must be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment, while providing accurate technical status to program management.

Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience. Proficiency in National Instruments Test Stand. Familiarity with RF test measurement methodology (S-Parameter, Spectral, Power Measurements, RF Stimulus). Familiarity with digital communication protocols (MLVDS, RS232/485/422, PCI/PCIe, JTAG, SPI, I2C). Knowledge of C, C++, C#, VB, Python. Experience with Keysight Network Analyzers (PNA-X) and Signal/Spectrum Analyzers (MXA, PSA, CXA). Experience with PXI based instrumentation. Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog is a plus). Experience with JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence), Git, and Tortoise Git. Experience with Earned Value and Project Management. Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, VxWorks, BASH, VMWare. Familiarity with CREO, Cadence, AutoCAD. Technical or team leadership experience. Good communication skills. Initiative and closure-oriented nature. Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools.
