We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Chief Systems Architect to build customer-focused solutions within a multi-disciplinary, agile, and fast-paced development environment. As the Subject Matter Expert for hardware and software architectures in integrated sensing solutions, you will define the shared architectural vision for next-generation products and services. This includes radar, electromagnetic warfare, communications, telemetry, electro-optical, and flight termination systems.
In this role, you will drive business winning strategies, collaborate with Strategic Systems Business Units, and leverage partnerships with internal and external technical capability providers. You will lead architecture discussions to ensure consistency in emerging designs and tradeoffs, while providing technical guidance to senior leadership, program management, and engineering teams. The position requires active participation in writing white papers, RFI responses, and proposals, as well as preparing technical briefs for business unit and senior leadership teams. You will operate in accordance with BAE Systems Core Values and the Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework, working onsite to ensure consistent collaboration.
This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days and will remain active until the position is filled or a qualified pool of candidates is identified. Candidates are expected to possess an Active Secret clearance with the ability to achieve a Top-Secret clearance.
