About the Team

Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Focused on program execution and business growth, the ASDS team provides unmatched capabilities in detection, command and control, and munitions for air, space, and missile defense missions.

Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space, multi-mission automation, resilient operations, secure processing, and data management.

About the Role

This position is an onsite role in Aurora, CO, serving as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team. You will partner with talented engineers, architects, and leaders to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge satellite ground systems.

In this role, you will drive the software lifecycle for large-scale defense projects while working within a modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environment. You will gain exposure to advanced technologies including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and containerized applications like Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

Security Requirements An active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. An active and transferable Top Secret clearance that can be crossed over to TS/SCI is also acceptable.
