Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space, multi-mission automation, resilient operations, and secure data management.
About the Role
This position serves as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team focused on cutting-edge satellite ground systems. You will partner with talented engineers, architects, and leaders to design, develop, test, and maintain software that supports critical defense missions.
In this onsite role based in Aurora, CO, you will facilitate Agile practices while gaining exposure to advanced software technologies, including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and modern DevSecOps techniques. You will contribute to the software lifecycle of large-scale defense projects, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
