Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space, multi-mission automation, resilient operations, secure processing, and data management.
About the Role
This position is an onsite role in Aurora, CO, serving as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team. You will partner with talented engineers, architects, and leaders to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge satellite ground systems. This role exists to drive program execution and business growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in the delivery of critical defense capabilities.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in a modern DevSecOps environment, gaining exposure to advanced software technologies including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and containerized applications. You will help shape the future of aerospace and defense by facilitating the software lifecycle practices essential for large-scale defense projects.
