About the Role

The Primary Care Physician role at Oak Street Health is designed to shift the focus from the volume of services to the quality of care. Physicians operate at a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing providers to dedicate their time to delivering superior patient outcomes rather than managing high patient volumes.

This position is located at our Bushwick Center in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing primary care administration, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet health quality goals. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position. The work model is full-time, with an anticipated 40 hours per week.
