About the Role

The Dental Office Manager is the heartbeat of our clinic, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role goes beyond administrative oversight; it is about creating a culture where every guest leaves with a positive experience and every team member feels supported. You will manage patient service issues, foster office morale, and create efficient staff schedules. Every day, you will help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community.

In this position, you will guide treatment plans with compassion, assist patients in making informed decisions, and track office performance through detailed reporting. You will also have the opportunity to travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations. Hiring Process
