About the Role
As a PMO Support Analyst, you will support Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership and process teams by coordinating projects, monitoring metrics, maintaining tools, and driving consistent execution across a global finance environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings and possess strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
You will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives alongside technology and cross-functional stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support decision-making. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while maintaining enhancement tools and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences. Experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting.
