As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will serve as a skilled pilot and law enforcement officer, performing aviation-based operations to secure the nation's borders. This is a unique career path that blends high-performance flying with the responsibilities of federal law enforcement. You will conduct air patrols, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts. This role is ideal for seasoned pilots and those with military training seeking a rewarding career with exceptional stability and purpose.

New hires are also required to successfully complete the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) as a condition of employment.
