About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative and supportive team in Fargo, North Dakota, where you will practice alongside two experienced pulmonary physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, including pulmonary consultations and outreach to satellite locations in Detroit Lakes, Jamestown, and Wahpeton, ND.

You will work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring a comprehensive endoscopy suite equipped with advanced tools for bronchoscopy, EBUS, bronchial thermoplasty, and endobronchial valve therapy. The practice also utilizes the latest Ion by Intuitive Robotic Bronchoscopy technology. As part of a multidisciplinary tumor board, you will actively contribute to enhancing patient care and outcomes through a collaborative approach.
Day-to-Day Experience
The position offers a manageable patient load of 12-18 clinic patients per day, with dedicated time for hospital consults. You will benefit from a full-service PFT lab and a robust pulmonary rehabilitation program. The call schedule is prorated based on your FTE, with weekday call hours running from 8 am to 5 pm, ensuring a strong work-life balance.
