You will provide direct clinical care to patients within the Primary Care department, serving as a vital link in the veteran healthcare system. This role is designed to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative environment across the Manchester VA structure and CBOC Clinics.
As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate patients to assess changes in physical and mental status, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and document progress notes in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws. Beyond individual patient care, you will provide clinical guidance to Physician Assistants and other team members, helping to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and programmatic enhancements within the facility.

Additionally, you will actively participate in compliance readiness activities, peer reviews, and FPPE/OPPE processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
The interview process will include a discussion regarding the specific work schedule, which consists of Monday through Friday tours with variable hours. Details regarding executive orders or short-term assignments will also be addressed during this phase.
