The Physician Leaders Fellowship at Vituity is a career-shaping opportunity for practicing physicians ready to deepen their impact beyond bedside care. As a Fellow, you will split your time between delivering high-quality clinical care in your specialty—spanning emergency, hospital, critical care, anesthesiology, or acute psychiatry—and developing advanced leadership skills.
Working within Vituity's collaborative, patient-centered culture, you'll lead quality and operational projects, refine care pathways, and mentor teams across the Healthcare & Medical Services department. Fellows partner closely with hospital and Vituity leaders to improve workflows, outcomes, and the patient experience. This program offers formal leadership training, hands-on management experience, and exposure to healthcare innovation, positioning you for future medical director or system-level leadership roles.
Your journey will balance clinical excellence with strategic influence. You will provide frontline care while simultaneously championing a culture of compassionate, patient-centered service aligned with Vituity's mission. Expect to engage in cross-departmental initiatives, represent Vituity in collaborative efforts with hospital partners, and use data analytics to drive evidence-based improvements. Whether developing clinical protocols or coaching peers, your goal is to foster teamwork and drive meaningful change in care delivery.
Vituity is committed to advancing clinical excellence and fostering an environment where physicians can thrive as both clinicians and leaders. If you are ready to evolve your career and shape the future of healthcare, we invite you to apply.
Vituity is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
