About the Role

This opportunity is based at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center in West Des Moines, Iowa. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will join a Level II Trauma Center with over 800 licensed beds, performing over 10,000 surgery cases and 2,500 OB cases per year. The practice specializes in cardiac, pediatric, and general anesthesia, offering a moderately low call burden with flexible scheduling. You will be responsible for first and second call every two weeks, with a day off following your shift.
