About the Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our expanding and highly respected team at TidalHealth Gastroenterology in Salisbury, MD. This role offers a unique blend of clinical excellence, academic involvement, and an exceptional coastal lifestyle. You will practice in a collaborative, well-supported environment featuring an established, high-volume practice with a strong referral base.
The position is designed to support an outstanding work-life balance. You will enjoy a 1:6 call schedule with at-home call, where the first call is covered by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or GI Fellow, allowing you to focus on your clinical duties and personal time. The role includes access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and dedicated support staff, ensuring efficient workflows that maximize physician satisfaction.
For those with an interest in academic medicine, this position offers the opportunity to serve as Core or Voluntary Faculty within our ACGME GI Fellowship program. You can teach and mentor residents and fellows, participate in curriculum development, and engage in case conferences without sacrificing your clinical balance.
