About the Role

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the clinical and residency faculty at the Banner Desert Family Medicine Residency in Chandler, Arizona. This is a teaching-focused practice where you will serve as a faculty member with the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. Your day will involve outpatient precepting, resident mentorship, and curriculum development, supported by experienced MAs, front office staff, and engaged clinical and GME leadership.

The role offers protected faculty time dedicated to teaching, scholarship, and program development. You will have the chance to participate in program growth with clear pathways to future leadership roles, collaborating closely with the Program Director and Associate Program Director to build a lasting legacy in medical education. The position features a flexible, outpatient-focused schedule with limited call.
