About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our skilled group of providers in Fargo. In this role, you will partner with physicians, NPs, and PAs to deliver high-quality care within a modern, Level II Trauma Center. The practice features a 24-hour coverage model with 12-hour shifts, supported by an integrated NP/PA model that operates autonomously during extended hours. You will work in a facility with 24 private rooms and 3 trauma bays, serving an annual volume of over 36,000 patient visits.
The role offers a unique work setting where approximately 90% of shifts end on time, and 100% of time-off requests are granted. You will have access to 24/7 radiology, interventional neurology, and cath lab services, with all imaging integrated directly into the Epic EMR system. Physicians will admit patients to the attached Essentia Hospital Fargo, which features 133 all-private rooms.

Fargo is centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, serving a regional service area of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. The Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area has a population of 229,000 and is situated just 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
