About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist with a Cardiac Fellowship and TEE Certification to join our well-established group of 12 anesthesiologists in Fargo, North Dakota. This role is designed to support a robust structural heart program, including TAVR, Watchman, and Mitraclip procedures, while serving as a key member of a medically directed care model working alongside CRNAs.

You will practice at Essentia Health Fargo, a 133-bed facility recognized as a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The position offers a diverse clinical environment with approximately 140-150 pump cases annually, supplemented by 70-80 other cases performed by CT surgeons. Additionally, you will contribute to a high-volume cath lab and EP lab handling approximately 1,530 cases per month. The role encompasses the ability to practice General, Trauma, Orthopedic, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pediatric, and Regional anesthesia.
