As a Float Provider, you will visit multiple clinics, helping diverse communities while gaining broad clinical experience. We are committed to making your journey stress-free by covering hotel stays for work beyond commuting distance and reimbursing mileage. With a schedule released two months in advance, you can plan your adventures with ease while enjoying the stability of a full-time role with 3-4 guaranteed workdays per week.
About the Role
In this position, you will float to various clinics within driving distance to provide urgent and primary care services. You will work in diverse clinic environments, regularly meeting new patients and collaborating with different teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications, all while maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records.
We are particularly eager to support new graduates. No prior experience is required; instead, we offer comprehensive training and hands-on mentorship from experienced providers to help you build confidence in a supportive team environment.
