About Apollo Home Healthcare
Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in Northern California’s Bay Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDocument visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
- check_circleCommunicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
- check_circleProvide in-home physical therapy visits under PT supervision
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited PTA program
- verifiedActive California PTA license
- verifiedCPR/BLS certification
- verifiedReliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
- verifiedHome healthcare experience
- verifiedExperience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred
