About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to deliver evidence-based treatments. Your day-to-day involves guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional training while accurately documenting progress in the EMR system. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient transfers, maintain infection control standards, and support high-quality clinical outcomes. This role is designed for those who want to contribute to positive patient outcomes through direct care and education for patients and their families.
