About the Role

We are looking for experienced and collaborative physical therapists to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes within your geographical location. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, distinct from typical home health models. The role focuses on helping others, utilizing a model designed to reduce burnout through technology, community support, and equitable compensation.
