As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in a facility setting.
You are a healer and a helper, equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to patient needs, finding joy in the variety of work and settings. As a teammate, you collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive. You also serve as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
