At Powerback, we're on a mission to improve lives. As the leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies, we help older adults stay active and thrive while providing essential therapy for children at home and in school. With over 38 years of trusted service, our reach spans skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
Powerback Rehabilitation delivers an empowered approach to achieving full potential by providing integrated and individualized solutions. Our reimagined approach connects directly to the patient experience, centered on transforming the road to recovery for everyone. It's patient-centered care that provides a sustainable way of feeling better, moving better, breathing better, and living better.
Working in a company that values growth and understands what it means to be a caregiver is refreshing. Our CEO is a former staff therapist, and we are committed to patient-centered care. We are a growing, stable team where 86% of employees know and feel their work makes a difference, earning us certification as a 2023 Great Place to Work.
As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You are the person who assesses patient needs, develops recovery plans, and delivers physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual.
Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to patient needs and find joy in the variety of work and settings. As a teammate, you collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients get the care they need to thrive. You also serve as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.
Powerback has streamlined our hiring process to get you started quickly:
