About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You are the person who assesses patient needs, develops recovery plans, and delivers physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.

You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and settings. As a teammate, you look for collaboration with peers but are also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. You understand that being a Physical Therapist means being a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.
