The Physical Therapist at Manor at Penn Village is a healer and a helper who helps patients get well and brings their power back. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in a facility setting. You will be equally adept at addressing the whole patient as an individual, designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
You will act as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity. As a teammate, you will collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive. You will find joy in the variety of the work and the settings, adapting to the unique needs of each patient.
