About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You are the person who assesses patient needs, develops recovery plans, and delivers physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual.

Your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and settings. As a teammate, you look for collaboration with peers and are happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. You know that being a Physical Therapist means you're a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.

Hiring Process

3. Recruiter Screen: If you meet the qualifications, a recruiter will call for a 10-minute conversation within 2-3 business days.
4. Hiring Manager Presentation: You will be presented to the hiring manager.
5. Interview Scheduling: The hiring manager will reach out within a business day to schedule the interview.

This entire initial phase typically happens within 1-5 business days from the phone screen. After your interview, the hiring manager makes a quick decision, aiming to accomplish this within the week. If they want to move forward, you will hear from us within a business day.
