At Powerback, we are on a mission to improve lives. As the leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies, we help older adults stay active and thrive while providing essential therapy for children at home and in school. With over four decades of trusted service, our reach spans skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
Powerback Rehabilitation delivers an empowered approach to achieving full potential by providing integrated and individualized solutions. Our reimagined approach connects directly to the patient experience, centered on transforming the road to recovery for everyone and helping patients get their power back. It is patient-centered care that provides a sustainable way of feeling better, moving better, breathing better, and living better.
Working in a company that values growth and understands what it means to be a caregiver is refreshing. Our CEO is a former staff therapist, and we are committed to patient-centered care. We are growing, stable, and proud to be a certified 2023 Great Place to Work, where 86% of our team knows and feels their work makes a difference.
As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and settings. As a teammate, you look for collaboration with peers but are also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. Being a Physical Therapist means you are a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.
Powerback has streamlined our hiring process to get you started quickly:
We are proud to offer a comprehensive and unique benefits package for qualified candidates, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, clinical support networks, online CEUs, on-demand pay, and Visa or Green Card sponsorship. We also support new graduates through our Clinical Mentorship Program, which kicks off on day one, and offer free CEUs through Medbridge.
Join an industry-leading team that restores hope and makes a lasting impact. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and want to be part of the future of rehabilitation and wellness, Powerback is the place for you.
