About the Role

This full-time opportunity at the Oceanside Center is designed for a Physical Therapist who is a healer, a helper, and a teacher. You will be the person who brings patients' power back by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy in a facility setting.

You will be equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You will find joy in the variety of the work and settings, adapting to the unique needs of each patient. As a teammate, you will collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients get the care they need to thrive. Additionally, you will train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.
