As a Physical Therapist at Holy Family Home, you will be the person who brings patients' power back. You are a healer and a helper who addresses the whole patient as an individual. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, adapting to the unique needs of each patient and finding joy in the variety of work and settings.
In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You will act as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity. You will collaborate with peers as a teammate and make referrals to ensure patients receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive. This position is based in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
