We are a growing outpatient physical therapy practice located in Kansas City, MO, seeking to expand our team with dedicated professionals. Our facility specializes in outpatient rehabilitation, serving a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults. Our clinical focus includes sports medicine, tendonitis, fractures, sprains/strains, knee pain, neurological conditions, ataxia, and balance training. About the Role

This Pediatric Physical Therapist position offers a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your lifestyle while maintaining full-time status. While the role is guaranteed at 30 hours, most of our therapists work between 32 and 40 hours per week, with options for 4-day or 5-day workweeks. We also offer a 3-day workweek option for those seeking a different balance. The majority of our patient base consists of pediatrics, though you will treat patients of all ages.

In this role, you will create comprehensive treatment plans, develop home exercise programs, and manage exercise flow sheets. You will be responsible for documenting ICD-10 and CPT coding and creating discharge summaries. We value work-life balance and offer a schedule that avoids weekends and holidays, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient care during the week.
