FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated practice rooted in meaningful relationships, evidence-based care, and a mission to abolish ageism. We are growing on the South Coast of Massachusetts, serving communities in Swansea, Wareham, Mashpee, Fairhaven, and Bourne. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live, helping them improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model.

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for passionate, licensed Physical Therapists who value autonomy, flexibility, and truly meaningful patient outcomes. You will partner with patients in private residences and Senior Living Communities (including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care) to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.

You will enjoy the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building strong, lasting relationships with patients and their caregivers. The role emphasizes a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where you will work alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Additionally, you may incorporate telehealth and virtual care into your schedule to expand flexibility and continuity of care.
